Chocolate chips cookies is a great companion with your coffee/Tea. This version is a healthier one with whole wheat flour and jaggery instead of refined sugar.
Ingredients 60gm butter 80gm Jaggery powder (normal jaggery can be used) 200gm whole wheat flour 75gm cocoa powder 1/2tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt 1/4cup milk
-cream room temperature butter with jaggery powder -shift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt -combine together and make a dough with milk -rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set -scoop cookies of your desire size -lightly flatten with hand and top with dark chocolate pieces -bake at 180*c preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
