चीन ने बुधवार को दक्षिण चीन सागर में 4 मिसाइलें दागी थी. ये मिसाइलें हैनान द्वीपसमूह और पारासेल द्वीपसमूह के बीच वाले इलाकों में दागी गईं. जिसको लेकर चीन और अमेरिका के बीच तनाव बढ़ गया है. पेंटागन ने एक बयान में कहा कि वो चीन के हालिया फैसले को लेकर चिंतित है. पेंटागन ने कहा कि दक्षिण चीन सागर में विवादित क्षेत्र में सैन्य अभ्यास करना तनाव कम करने और स्थिरता को बरकरार रखने के उलट है. ये कार्रवाई दक्षिण चीन सागर में स्थिति को और अस्थिर करती है.
