Embattled state arms manufacturer Denel has appointed Talib Sadik as interim group CEO. This follows the resignation of Danie du Toit after less than two-years on the job. Over the past few months, Denel has struggled to pay its workers due to a liquidity crisis. The situation has been worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Denel's interim CEO discusses this.
