R 3 billion is a lot of money and that is the reported amount that sits right now with the Solidarity Fund described by the Daily Maverick as the richest and most speedily-endowed homegrown philanthropic pot that anyone can remember. But what is the money actually being used for? Adrian Enthoven, Deputy Chair of the Fund explains.
