খুবই উপকারি গাজর তা কাঁচা হোক বা রান্না করা
Gajor o Capsicum khub upokari vegetables. Gajor upokarita :
*Vitamin K :13.2 ug
*Vitamin A‎: ‎5 mg
*Vitamin C‎: ‎6 mg
*Vitamin B-6‎: ‎0.135 g

Capsicum upokarita:
*চুলের বৃদ্ধি করে
*সবুজ ক্যাপসিকাম ক্যানসার প্রতিরোধে
* রক্তে শর্করার মাত্রা স্থির রাখে,
*ডায়াবেটিস প্রতিরোধ করে
* হজমে সাহায্য করে
*সবুজ ক্যাপসিকাম খুবই ভালো এটি পাকস্থলীর আলসার বা ঘা সারাতেও সাহায্য করে
*সবুজ ক্যাপসিকাম ওজন কমাতে সাহায্য করে
*ক্যাপসিকামের মধ্যে ভিটামিন স C: থাকায় চোখ এবং ত্বককে ভালো রাখে।
*ক্যাপসিকামে ভিটামিন K:থাকায় রক্তসঞ্চালনে সাহায্য করে ও হাড়কে মজবুত করে।
