The Kalejin community are optimistic lot as they believe that the next national leader ahead of the 2022 polls will come from their community, this is according to an Infotrack poll. Uasin Gishu County leads the pack in the rift valley region and the country in the level of optimism while city dwellers are the least optimistic and discouraged with their current predicament coupled with poor governance and unemployment.
