On the differing instructions in several states regarding operation hours for stores selling essential goods, Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said that during the movement control order (MCO) period, the Federal Government had decided to allow the respective state governments to decide on the matter.

He said this on Saturday after chairing a special ministers' meeting on the order execution.
