Police have arrested the motorcyclist who smashed the windscreen of a woman’s car with his helmet in road bully incident in Taman Bukit Serdang.

Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan said the suspect, in his 30s and works as a factory store assistant, was picked up by police in Balakong on Thursday and will be remanded soon.
