Singapore jails couple for starving Filipino domestic helper

A Singapore court on Monday sentenced a local couple for failing to provide their Filipino domestic helper with adequate food. Thelma Oyasan Gawidan, weighed just 29.4kg in April 2014 after working for the couple for 15 months.
