Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said his mission and vision as a Health minister is to see the creation of an efficient health care financing system that will benefit the people in the future.

He said this during the 27th Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia (APHM) International Healthcare Conference and Exhibition on Monday morning.
