The much-anticipated Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation promises to be bigger and better, a top official from China said on Friday.
The event to be held from April 25 until 27 will be attended by heads of states and governments, including Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
