Malaysia has all the advantages to harvest the benefits of the Belt and Road initiative being in the centre of Asean, said by MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai during the launch of the world's first Belt and Road themed SME mobile clinic by the MCA Belt and Road Centre (MBrace) at Wisma MCA on Thursday.
