IGP: Cops have ways to watch returning serial rapist

During a press conference at Persada Plus on Friday, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said current laws do not allow police to monitor or restrict the movements of the convicted serial rapist returning to Malaysia. However, he added that police have other ways of watching those involved in such crimes.
