Anwar has right to appear for hearing, says Court

The Court of Appeal decided on Wednesday that former Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has the right to be present for his civil appeal hearing against the Election Commission. He is challenging a High Court ruling which held that the EC has no jurisdiction to bring him to the polling station for him to cast his vote in any elections.
