Babies learn life-saving skills in swim class

Formerly a marketing manager, Carmen Tan quit her job last year to "venture into something more educational, especially for children."

That desire eventually led her into becoming a certified baby swim instructor. Now, her passion is helping children learn how to be safe in water.
