10 min Follow Along Mobility-Flexibility Routine || FULL BODY Warm Up || Active Recovery Workout

Hi! My mother said i should make a warm up video so, voila! This routine dynamically stretches your entire body so it's great for warming up, cooling down, or active recovery on a rest day. I've been doing these exercises or a variation of them pretty much daily for the past year and I've seen a ton of improvement in my range of motion and general flexibility.

Whether you're working a desk job trying to get rid of back pain, training some high level acrobatic tricks, or about to jump into a 20 min HIIT workout, these movements can help you! I know this for a fact because I've experienced the latter 2 and my boyfriend whose daily life consists of transitioning from coding at his desk to playing video games AT THE SAME DESK has been doing them and they've helped him too!
