Star2.com Food channel editor and curator Jane Ragavan is a bread-head. She doesn't eat it much, but it’s the process of baking bread that she loves. You can imagine her excitement when bread week rolled around on TV's cooking competition show The Great British Bake Off, Series 6.

In that episode, the bakers were tasked with making shaped breads. So in this video, Jane has gone for a not-as-complicated-as-it-looks flower design.

Don't worry about getting special dough or anything. Use any sweet dough you like. What’s important is the process of assembling and shaping the flower. It looks intricate but it’s actually simple. Watch as she shows you how it's quite easily done.
