Prime suspect in the Rs 1,000-crore hawala racket involving Chinese nationals that was busted in New Delhi recently, Lou Sang, had assumed the name of Charlie Pang and even procured an Indian passport. He had also married a Manipuri woman. Lou Sang assumed an Indian identity to run the hawala racket over the past three years and held an Indian passport and Aadhaar under the name of Charlie Pang.
