COSATU says alcohol ban should be lifted with strict rules

COSATU has joined calls to lift the ban on alcohol sales. The union federation however says it will only support this if strict regulations are implemented, to ensure responsible drinking. COSATU Parliamentary Coordinator Matthew Parks speaks more on this.
