Bihar Director General of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey on Wednesday took to Twitter to claim that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has refused to let Bihar IPS officer Vinay Tiwari leave from quarantine despite a letter from the Patna Inspector General in this regard. The Supreme Court has questioned Mumbai Police for forcibly quarantining Bihar cop.
