Limpopo shack saga explained

Limpopo Premier Stan Mathabatha has passed the buck, to the Human Settlements Department. That is for the building of 40 sub-standard shacks, at a cost of millions. They were unveiled only last week but the cracks are already beginning to show. Premier Stan Mathabatha is distancing himself from the project.
