York St. Lawrence Parish Church Organ Restoration

St Lawrence Parish Church, just outside the city walls of York on Lawrence Street, York, welcomed the delivery of their newly restored 1885 Denman organ. The organ was brought up from Malvern, Worcestershire, where it has been worked on by Nicholson & Co, Pipe and Organ Builders since 1841, after its removal from St Michael-le-Belfrey church in the centre of York opposite York Minster almost a year ago on August 5 2019.
