KZN's Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC is waiting for answers after a video of a water tanker being emptied surfaced on social media. The incident happened in the Zululand municipality and was recorded on a cellphone. This happens as the district is dealing with the after-effects of a drought. MEC Sipho Hlomuka spoke on this.
