#Ingredients:

Suji (semolina) 1 cup
1/2 all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil

#Method:

Pani Puri (Golgappa) bnaney ke lye sary ingredients ko mix karke warm water se dough bna leyn. Ab is dough ko 15 minutes ke liye cover kar ke rakh deyn. After 15 minutes dough ko bail ker is ke puri (gol gappay) bana ker 30 minutes ke lye cover ker ke rakh deyn. Is ke baad tayar Pani Puri (gol gappay) fry kar leyn.

Tips:

Pani Puri (Golgappa) bnaney ke lye danedar suji ka istmaal karain.

Pani Puri (Golgappa) fry kartay waqt us ki neeche wali side oil main dalain.
