In this first part of lahore street food i'm trying two different and unique street food of lahore which is really amazing in taste and quality.

1- LAHORI KATLAMA is basically type of crispy paratha which is cooked on hot oil with some great toppings like BESAN & DRIED HERBS. it taste really different and unique when you try it sitting there while it HOT & FRESH.

2- KHALIFA SAJJI is very famous and delicious sajji in lahore they also have unique way of serving it with some yellowish rice which is they key ingredient to make the taste of sajji when you tried their chicken with it.
