Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson officially become Greek citizens

Hollywood star couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have become Greek citizens.
Greece's Prime Minister shared an Instagram post over the weekend, that showed the couple holding Greek passports as they posed with the prime minister and his wife.
The move comes six months after the couple and their two children were granted honorary Greek citizenship, for Hank's role helping the victims of the 2018 wildfires near Athens that killed more than a hundred people.
Hanks has said before that he is a big admirer of Greece.
The two have also produced several films based on the Greek community, and own a home on a Greek island, where they spend their summer vacations.
