Marnus Labuschagne has grown by leaps and bounds since that New Year Test against India in early 2019. Since then, he has racked up 1340 runs in just 11 Tests at an average of 74.44 which also includes four hundreds and eight half-centuries. He was also named one of the five Wisden Player of the Year in 2019. “They are all good bowlers but it is hard to get past Jasprit Bumrah. He has the ability to consistently bowl around 140 kmph and swing the ball when conditions are suitable. He is also able to angle the ball back in at the stumps,” Marnus Labuschagne told PTI.

मार्नस लबुशेन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के धाकड़ बल्लेबाज पिछले साल से खूब रन बना रहा है. स्टीव स्मिथ के चोटिल होने के बाद मार्नस लबुशेन को मौका मिला था. और यहीं से उनके करियर ने यूटर्न ले लिया. मार्नस लबुशेन पिछले साल 1000 टेस्ट रन बनाने वाले इकलौते बल्लेबाज थे. इस ड्रीम रन के बावजूद मार्नस लबुशेन ने कहा है कि उन्हें भारत के गेंदबाजों में जसप्रीत बुमराह का सामना करने से डर लगता है. उन्हें खेलने में मार्नस लबुशेन को परेशानी होती है. लाबुशेन ने कहा कि बुम्राह लगभग 140 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से लगातार गेंदबाजी करने और परिस्थितियों का साथ मिलने पर गेंद को स्विंग करने की क्षमता रखते हैं. बुमराह गेंद को विकेट की तरफ अंदर लाने में भी सक्षम है. इसी वजह से बुमराह को खेलने में दिक्कत होती है.
