Delhi turns out to be only region with active cases on the decline

Among the larger states and the National Capital Territory, Delhi is the only one that has seen a decline in active Covid-19 cases over the last week. As of July 3, there were 26,304 active cases in the national capital, which declined by 18%. The only other large states in which active cases are growing slower than the national average are Haryana and Tamil Nadu. Active cases increased by 21.7% during this period at the national level.
