2020 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S - modern design and engine power

Just like its predecessors, the new 911 Carrera S and Carrera 4S model has a three-liter twin-cylinder twin-turbo engine in the plane, but with an improved acceleration system and optimized turbo, so now the 4S model produces 443 horsepower, 23 more than otherwise. The Porsche brand has not revealed the power details for the base Carrera model, but we know that it may get a 15 bhp increase compared to the current situation. The engines will be paired with a brand new eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, which will give the models acceleration from zero to one hundred in 3.3 and 3.2 seconds, respectively. Manual transmission is also planned.

The 2020 Porsche 911 gets a brand new “Wet” driving mode, which uses sensors in the bumpers to detect water conditions on the road surface and then change the vehicle's output values accordingly. The new car will also get an automatic emergency braking system and an optional night camera.

In the interior, the new 911 gets the modern Porsche infotainment system that exists in the Panamera and Cayenne models. The two large screens can be seen next to the traditional analog tachymeter, cleverly combining the past and the present.

The 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera and Carrera 4S models will go on sale next year, with prices of $ 114,250 and $ 121,660, respectively. During 2019, we will have the opportunity to see variants such as the 911 Turbo, 911 Turbo S and the wicked 911 GT3.
