Lockdown में School Fees माफ करने की याचिका पर Supreme Court का सुनवाई से इनकार | वनइंडिया हिंदी

During the lockdown, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition related to waiving school fees. The court said that the petitioners should go to the High Court. The situation and facts are different in every state. During the hearing, Chief Justice of India SA Bobde said that the facts and circumstances of each state are different. Authorities are different. Therefore, such cases should go to the High Court.

लॉकडाउन के दौरान स्कूलों की फीस माफ करने से जुड़ी याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनने से इनकार कर दिया. अदालत ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता हाईकोर्ट जाएं. हर राज्य के हालात और फैक्ट्स अलग हैं. सुनवाई के दौरान चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया एसए बोबडे ने कहा कि हर राज्य के तथ्य और हालात अलग हैं. अथॉरिटी अलग हैं. इसलिए ऐसे मामलों को हाईकोर्ट जाना चाहिए.
