KTDA Threatens To Sue Cs Peter Munya For Abuse Of Office

The Kenya Tea Development Agency has issued a 48-hour ultimatum to agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya to revoke a gazette notice and appointments of an eight-member team tasked to implement the new tea reforms in Kenya. Through Millimo, Muthomi & co advocates, KTDA says the move amounts to an illegality as it goes contrary to Munya's mandate under the crop act.
