Sawan is a special month for Lord Shiva as well as his devotees. This time the first Monday of Sawan is 6 July i.e. today. It is believed that this month Lord Vishnu resides in the Hades, hence Lord Shiva operates the creation. This month is considered to be good to please Lord Bholenath as Lord Shiva abandons Kailash and resides on the land. There are some remedies mentioned in astrology, due to which Lord Bholenath gives a boon and ends all problems.You can keep 1, 5, 7, 11 or 21 lights in the Aarti or you can also perform their Aarti with Kapoor. Perform Aarti in such a way that Om is shaped and there are five people in the Shiva family, so after Aarti, show the Aarti to Shiva 5 times. सावन भगवान शिव के साथ-साथ उनके भक्तों के लिए भी विशेष प्रिय माह होता है। इस बार सावन का पहला सोमवार 6 जुलाई यानी आज है। मान्यता है कि इस महीने भगवान विष्णु पाताल लोक में रहते हैं इसलिए भगवान शिव सृष्टि का संचालन करते हैं। भगवान भोलेनाथ को प्रसन्न करने के लिए यह माह उत्तम माना जाता है क्योंकि भगवान शिव इस माह कैलाश त्यागकर भूलोक पर निवास करते हैं।सावन का महीना भगवान शिव को विशेष प्रिय है इसलिए सुबह के साथ-साथ शाम को भी उनकी आरती जरूर करें। आरती में 1, 5, 7, 11 या 21 बत्तियां रख सकते हैं या फिर कपूर से भी उनकी आरती कर सकते हैं। आरती इस तरह करें कि ओम की आकृति बने और शिव परिवार में पांच लोग हैं इसलिए आरती के बाद 5 बार शिव को आरती दिखाएं। ऐसा करने से भगवान भोलेनाथ आपकी हर समस्या का अंत करते हैं और घर में सुख-शांति के साथ समृद्धि का भी आशीर्वाद देते हैं।
