Traffic has built up along highways going into central Caracas, Venezuela during the COVID-19 pandemic as only key workers are admitted into the city.
Footage from July 3 shows a buildup of vehicles on Prados del Este highway and the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Sector Guarenas highway.
The filmer explained: "Police officers by order of Nicolás Maduro do not allow citizens to pass through the streets unless they have a permit for their work."
"For now, only health, food, telecommunications and basic necessity workers are those who have permission."
