Biden on jobs numbers: 'There is no victory to be celebrated'

In virtual remarks from Wilmington, Delaware, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden says he was happy about the jobs report and millions of Americans going back to work, but that, "there is no victory to be celebrated." The former US vice president slammed President Trump's response to the pandemic, after Trump earlier hailed new data showing huge jobs gains in June, but continued to downplay surging COVID-19 cases that could reverse the tentative recovery.
