Uttarakhand Govt की ओर से स्वीकृत110 करोड़ रूपये के खर्च पर High Court ने लगाई रोक | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Uttarakhand High Court has prohibited the expenditure of the sanctioned amount under the District Plan head. The High Court has given this order while hearing the Public Interest Litigation of Pradeep Bhatt, District Panchayat member of Uttarkashi. It has been said in the petition that a district panchayat committee is required to spend money in the development of development schemes in the districts. Explain that the Uttarakhand government had allowed the district authorities to spend the sanctioned amount without forming Panchayat Samitis.

उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट ने जिला योजना मद में स्वीकृति राशि के खर्च करने पर रोक लगा दी है. हाईकोर्ट ने ये आदेश उत्तरकाशी के जिला पंचायत सदस्य प्रदीप भट्ट की जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिया है. याचिका में कहा गया है कि जिलों में विकास योजनाएं के संचालन में राशि खर्च करने के लिए जिला पंचायत समिति का गठन होना जरुरी है. बता दें कि उत्तराखंड सरकार ने बिना पंचायत समितियों के गठन के स्वीकृति राशि को खर्च करने के लिए जिला अधिकारियों को अनुमति दे दी थी
