Love Jihad Act: Allahabad High Court ने पहली गिरफ्तारी पर लगाई रोक, कही ये बात | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Allahabad High Court has stayed the arrest of the accused in a case registered under the Prohibition of Religion Ordinance. The ban has been imposed on the first arrest made under the alleged 'Love Jihad' Act. The court has also directed not to take any torture action against the accused. This order has been given by the bench of Justice Pankaj Naqvi and Justice Vivek Agrawal.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने धर्म परिव‌र्तन निषेध अध्यादेश के तहत दर्ज मुकदमे में आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी है. ये रोक कथित 'लव जिहाद' कानून के तहत हुई पहली गिरफ्तारी पर लगाई गई है।कोर्ट ने आरोपी के खिलाफ किसी तरह की उत्‍पीड़न वाली कार्रवाई भी नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया है. ये आदेश न्यायमूर्ति पंकज नकवी एवं न्यायमूर्ति विवेक अग्रवाल की खंडपीठ ने दिया है.
