A shoal of juvenile Bigeye Snapper Boonsung Wreck Thailand

A shoal of juvenile Bigeye Snapper (Lutjanus lutjanus) at Boonsung Wreck off of Khao Lak in Thailand. Boonsung Wreck has a vast amount of marine life, including juvenile reef fish in huge numbers. There are also lots of pufferfish, moray eels, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, lionfish and more. Normally, the visibility at Boonsung Wreck is not very good, but on this day it was better. The dive site is 18-20 metres deep on a flat sandy seabed, and is a popular final dive site for Khao Lak based liveaboard diving trips to the Similan Islands as well as a great day trip dive from Khao Lak.
