Former U.S. President George W. Bush asks U.S. to work for equal justice through peaceful means

With protests still raging across the U.S., former U.S. President George W. Bush is asking the country to work for truly equal justice.
In the statement on his Facebook page Tuesday,... Bush said he's anguished by the brutal suffocation of George Floyd, adding it is such a shocking failure how young African-American men are harassed in their own country.
He said "It is a strength when protesters, protected by responsible law enforcement, march for a better future."
He also urged protestors to demonstrate peacefully,... saying "looting is not liberation, and destruction is not progress."
