3-3x98.5lb, 3-3x121.25lb, 2-2x135.5lb, 1-1x158.25lb, 1-1x186lb
Overhead Split Squats are FINALLY starting to make sense to my body's coordination system: Hallelujah!! Right foot forward is easier for now but, with more work, that'll change. Theses are one of the most challenging legs exercises I've come across in years....God Bless!!
