A man carrying an air gun was detained by the West Champaran police at Rahul Gandhi's Bihar rally on Saturday morning. The police and authorities have launched a probe into the matter. The Congress vice-president, Rahul Gandhi is likely to address a rally in Champaran district in run up to the state assembly election in the state to be held next month.
