I find picnic tables to be the best exercise/workout equipment! They're free to use and you can find them everywhere. There are so many types of exercises you can do with a picnic table such as pushups, situps, jumps, vaults, crawls, planks, etc. I routinely will spend 1-2 hours just at one table and conduct a full-body workout.
