South Korean President Moon Jae-in will be making a special public address on Sunday,... to mark his third year in office.
It will be broadcast live at 11 AM, local time, from the presidential press center.
Moon is expected to express his determination for Korea to overcome COVID-19... and set out his policy plans for his remaining two years in office.
