Neighbours gather together for street fitness session

Residents in Martindale Park in Houghton have been joining in the Saturday night exercise classes, led by physio Trevor Langford, out on their front garden or driveway.
The lessons have helped keep people boost their activity levels and helped bring the community together during the lockdown.
