LGU Virac Service Vehicle accidentally sank in the river with volunteers and Mayor Sinforoso M. Sarmiento onboard.

Sarmiento and his team is on their way back to the relief goods repacking center of Virac after bringing supplies to Barangays Dugui Too, Wala and San Vicente which is reachable only by crossing rivers.
