RJD student wing marched to Raj Bhavan, Patna, marking protest against the state government over health situation in Bihar. Protesters demanded the resignation of state Health Minister Mangal Pandey and formation of a committee to investigate the situation on the outbreak of encephalitis fever. Interesting, no senior leader, including Tejashwi Yadav was present in the march.
