लॉकडाउन के दूसरे चरण के लिए नए दिशा निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं। इन दिशा निर्देशों के जरिए से बताया गया है कि किस-किस चीज को छूट मिलेगी और किन चीजों पर प्रतिबंध जारी रहेगा। लॉकडाउन की वजह से कई लोगों को शादियां टालनी पड़ी हैं। कई परिवारों में आने वाले समय में किसी की शादी होनी है। ऐसे में उनके मन में इसे लेकर कई तरह के सवाल हैं। सरकार ने नए दिशा निर्देशों में शादी समारोह के आयोजन को लेकर भी जानकारी दी है। इसके साथ ही शराब की बिक्री को लेकर भी बताया गया है। नए दिशा निर्देशों में बताया गया है कि शादी समारोह पर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की नजर होगी। गाइडलाइन के अनुसार, 'शादी समारोह और अंत्येष्टि जैसे आयोजन जहां लोगों की मौजूदगी होती है, उन्हें जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा रेगुलेट किया जाएगा।' वहीं, केंद्र ने शराब की बिक्री पर पूरी तरह बैन को लागू रखा है। गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देश के मुताबिक, शराब, गुटखा, तंबाकू आदि पर सख्ती से प्रतिबंध लागू रहेगा। इसके अलावा थूकने पर भी बैन लगा रहेगा।' सरकार ने यह दिशा निर्देश सार्वजिक स्थलों के अंतर्गत जारी किए हैं।
