Corn Tortillas
3 - Green Onions
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
3 Chipotle Peppers roughly chopped
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1 medium Yellow or White Onion
1 - 2 juice from a Lime
