Ingredients:- Taco Shells
For Taco Filling:- 2 cups Pink Rajma, boiled with salt ½ tsp. Oil 1 Onion, finely chopped 1 Capsicum, finely chopped 3 Tomatoes, finely chopped ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Vinegar
For Sour Cream:- Cahsew Cream Lemon Juice
For Assembly:- Lettuce, chopped Spring Onions, chopped Grated Cheese
Method:- - Prick the taco shells with a knife as shown in the video. - Grease with ghee or oil and arrange on a wire grill as shown in the video. - Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 6 minutes in the middle rack. - Mash the Rajma beans properly. - In a wok heat oil and add onion, capsicum, tomatoes, red chilli powder, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. - Mix the cashew cream and lemon juice together for sour cream. - Assemble the tacos as shown in the video.
