We are balls deep in a medical quarantine. We are cooking at home and our fridges may or may not be full of food. Which is something lots of folks may not be used to. Plus the way days are flying by, is it Wednesday? Is it Friday? Lets just make sure we are managing out food stockpile properly. I’m not saying some foods may not last longer than what this video says or what FoodSafety.gov says. Just know you are running a higher shot of fucking yourself up.

If you have a ton of food, more than you can cook or eat inside a 5 days, freezing proteins will give you a 11/12 month window to thaw out and eat.
