We live in the Penthouse of our 14-floor apartment building in the outskirts of the beautiful neighborhood of Chelsea. With a dysfunctional (nonexistent) elevator, ascending a pastry chef's dozen floors can be a bitch at times, but it's well worth the amenities and we pay for.
